Gameplay
The new game mechanics for Ten Desires features divine spirits. These divine spirits are released when enemies fairies and other enemies are killed, bosses are damaged, and at certain scripted events. There appear to be four different types, grey spirits provide no other bonus than simply filling up your Orin meter. The blue add 10 to your score value (which is how many points you get for collecting a score item at the top of the screen), Green spirits add 1/10 of a bomb to your bombs, and purple add 1/10 of a life. The Orin meter consists of zero to three flames that are built up by collecting divine spirits. You begin the game with one flame, and you can collect up to a max stock of three of them. When the character would normally die, and there is at least one flame remaining, the character goes into her trance state. While in trance state your character get’s an upgraded shot type and can effectively ignore bullets it seems. While in trance state the divine spirits take on a new shape that not only makes them much easier to see, it also makes them worth more. Blue spirits get x10 effectiveness, while purple and green get x2 effectiveness.
there appears to be a bug where at some point during the game, a characters bomb cannot be activated and dialog cannot be skipped. Once this occurs on one character (possibly sanae being the first to trigger this) the rest of the characters have the same issue. This can be solved by exiting the game and reopening it.
Graze appears to add to score value as well. every 10 graze is 10 points to score value.

Make sure you set this option before opening rom in Visual Boy Advance:
– Real Time Clock must be on (Option -> Emulator -> Real Time Clock)
– Save Type Flash 128kb (Option -> Emulator -> Save Type -> Flash 128kb)
If you don’t set save type to 128kb, it will be ended with blank white screen.
If you want to use link feature. VisualBoyAdvance Link 1.7.3 is the best.
If you already played earlier version (ver 1.28 variants), you can still use that save game data.
Change Logs
– Old woman in Fuen City now gives random egg. Possible Bonéka is CRemilia, CYuyuko, CKaguya, CEiki, CKanako, CUtsuho, CByakuren, CTenshi, or CCirno.
– Fixed freezing script in house Route 28.

– Full compatible with Touhoumon Another World.

This is maybe the final story of game, next update maybe only for bug fixes and that written in help needed file.

This Game is recreation of Japanese Touhou Ningyougeki ~ Gensokyo Scenario with some editing.
Currently in this game:
– Just like original game, the story is ended up to Muenduka. The Extra is fighting with Reimu. So, don’t ask about story, because I just copied the script over.
– Music are imported from Japanese Touhou Ningyougeki 1.8 and Touhoumon World Link.
– Overworld Sprites also ported from original. But, this is not perfect porting, sometimes extended OW overlaps other OW.
– Some Boneka Sprites are imported from Touhou Ningyougeki 1.8
– Full link compatibility with Touhoumon World Link, since game meta data (Boneka Stats, evolution method, etc.) is imported from Touhoumon World Link
Added:
– Move Maniac in Muenduka Boneka Center
– Fighting with Reimu
– Allow you to buy evolution stone after certain event.
Missing from original game:
– I can’t port Forest of Magic mechanic. The creator of Gensokyo Scenario totally edited Safari Zone routine. You can still obtain Heal Mushroom or Poison Mushroom though.
– Some of text remains in japanese romanji.
– I haven’t fully edited inside Boneka Centers
Important notice:
– This game isn’t fully tested
– Some move description text are overlap the border
– TM description also the same, because in FR has shared text strings.
– The movesets and iDollDex text strings are simply copied from World Link, maybe next release will be edited again. It’s too boring to have same text and movesets in the different game.

This rom below is provided for anyone who has a problem playing in emulator other than VisualBoyAdvance (i.e. NDS, Android, PSP, etc.) or who want to take a source from rom (sprites, etc.):

If you want to open rom using Advance Map, use Advance Map 1.92. For unknown reason the newest Advance Map 1.95 won’t load those roms correctly.
If you want to open rom using YAPE, make sure you change back the price of evolution stones (except sun and moon stone) into original value (2100 pokedollars) using item editor. This is YAPE bug or something, if we change the price of evolution stones, YAPE gives error message.

open the tool, and load rom provided in Extra 1, then select SRAM Patch, and click Patch button.
That tool will create patched rom.
